Lecturer air conditioning and heat pumps

You will provide theoretical and practical lessons on concepts and applications of air conditioning and heat pumps, including material knowledge, processing and mounting pipes, and commissioning and checking the installation.

• You will cover repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance of air conditioning and heat pumps, refrigerants, and sizing.
• You will prepare for refrigeration certification cat I and the sizing of an air conditioning heat pump installation.
• You will perform planning, organization, and administrative tasks related to refrigeration techniques, air conditioning, and heat pumps.
• You will make your lessons interactive and varied, so that participants acquire new knowledge, skills, and attitudes and can apply them in practice.
• You will use relevant (digital) teaching methods to improve the learning experience and create engagement.
• You will develop teaching materials (hand-outs, online content, practical exercises) and/or ensure that available teaching materials are up-to-date and relevant for the target group.
• You will coach trainees throughout the course to help them achieve their goals.
• You will be an internship mentor for trainees and assist them during their internship period.
• You will contribute to the image of the organization as a place for professional knowledge, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
