This is done, among other things, through a digital platform that enables organizations and local communities to use their own currency and rules to connect people and value their efforts.
Additionally, a new initiative for local wealth anchoring is being developed, exploring how local governments, entrepreneurs, financial players, and other organizations can locally anchor more of the wealth created locally. These innovative ideas require someone who sees opportunities, opens doors, enthuses people, and turns relationships into concrete collaborations.
What you will do.
- You will co-develop the local wealth anchoring initiative.
- You will build relationships with various partners, such as local governments, community leaders, entrepreneurs, financiers, and social organizations.
- You will help convince new communities and partners for the digital platform and seek strategic collaborations.
- You will translate complex ideas into understandable language and concrete possibilities.
- You will identify opportunities and bring people, goals, and possibilities together.
- You will be results-oriented and help turn interest into engagement, such as collaborations, projects, or funding opportunities.
- You will remain involved where necessary, take ownership, and help collaborations grow.
- You will share insights and learnings with colleagues to improve the approach and solutions.
- You will contribute to team tasks, such as creating communication content.
