Event Coordinator

As an event coordinator, you will be temporarily responsible for conceiving, setting up, and executing events, large and small, within a wellness resort. You will develop the calendar, manage the entire preparatory process, involve necessary stakeholders, and realize the execution together with the operational team. You will join an ambitious marketing team.

What you will do.

• You will organize and coordinate our events, from concept and preparation to execution.
• You will coordinate partners, organize alignment meetings, monitor planning and deadlines, and ensure proper briefing of all involved parties.
• For practical execution, you will work closely with the Operations team.
• You will contribute to building our event calendar for the upcoming year, developing ideas into concrete proposals, and translating them into a feasible plan.
• You will ensure necessary alignment and buy-in with Operations and work closely with the social media marketer and the broader marketing plan.
• You will develop new ways to experience wellness, thinking about new formats, themes, and experiences.
• You will organize and evaluate these test formats and, together with the involved teams, assess which ideas have the potential to be included in our regular programming.
• You will monitor the quality and coherence of our events, ensuring that concept, communication, partners, and execution align with the resort's positioning.
• You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, keeping them informed and following up on actions.
