You are looking for an assignment as an HR Business Partner. You want to support employees while playing a key role in the implementation of HR policies. This is a value-added function, at the heart of social and organizational challenges, within a stimulating professional environment offering many contacts with managers and HR teams.
What you do
- You support managers in applying HR policies and advise them on daily human resource issues.
- You ensure the link between HR expertise centers and departments to meet operational needs.
- You participate in recruitment in collaboration and ensure the integration of new employees.
- You prepare and participate in social meetings and contribute to maintaining a constructive dialogue.
- You support the development, performance, motivation, and engagement of employees while participating in management meetings.
What they ask
- You have confirmed experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally 5 to 10 years.
- You have experience in social relations management and recruitment.
- You master HR processes and are comfortable in an advisory role to management.
- You communicate perfectly in French and ideally have knowledge of CP200.
- You are analytical, solution-oriented, and effectively manage multiple priorities.
