Notarial lawyer

• Independently manage all files of a client portfolio in the various domains of notarial law (family law, corporate law, real estate law).
• As the person responsible for the file, ensure that all formalities before and after the signing of the deed are correctly handled.
• Act as a trusted person for all involved parties (in addition to the notary).
• Collaborate with other lawyers to increase the efficiency of the organization by drafting uniform deed models.

• Master's degree in law and/or notarial studies.
• Preferably experience in notarial practice or another legal sector.
• Familiar with standard IT tools (Microsoft Office) and willing to learn new applications.
• Open, friendly personality with attention to a local clientele.
• Master the art of translating complex legal language into simple terms that everyone understands.
• Eager to learn and spontaneously shares knowledge and skills with colleagues.
• Contributes to a uniform structure within the office, with an eye for possible improvements and optimizations.
