What you will do. As a Nurse in the Mobile Team:
- Work in various nursing departments and contribute to high-quality care
- Place the patient at the center and collaborate closely with colleagues and doctors
- Support and guide patients and their families
- Report to the head nurse of the mobile team
As a Lead Night Nurse:
- Ensure high-quality and continuous care in collaboration with the night team
- Coordinate the night shift across different departments and be the first point of contact for questions, problems
- Monitor the safety, quality, and continuity of care and act appropriately in case of incidents or unforeseen situations
- Ensure a correct handover at the beginning and end of the night
- Support night shift staff and offer a listening ear when needed
- Identify bottlenecks and report them to the head nurses and management
- Monitor the correct application of procedures, guidelines, and the organization's policy
Your profile.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Open to consultation, training
- Eager to learn, dynamic, accurate
- Highly value patient-friendliness
- Possess coaching skills and be able to act calmly and decisively during the night
- Able to work independently, make decisions, and take responsibility
- Communicate smoothly and collaborate constructively with doctors, nurses, and other colleagues
- Have an affinity for quality care, patient safety, and process-oriented work
- Stress-resistant and able to maintain an overview in unexpected or crisis situations
- Uphold the values and policy of the organization
