ICT Teacher and Examiner

• You guide students within one or more ICT programs, largely remotely during their BPV.
• You maintain contact with both the student and the practical supervisor.
• You support the student in achieving learning objectives and provide substantive feedback on development and progress.
• You identify when adjustments are needed and coach the student and practical supervisor accordingly.
• You visit the BPV location at the beginning of the BPV period.
• You assess the student during the final practical examination at the workplace.

We are looking for independently working professionals with current professional knowledge and an affinity for guiding and assessing MBO students.

• You have a completed HBO bachelor's degree in ICT or a comparable relevant education.
• You possess extensive and current work experience within the ICT field.
• You have demonstrable expertise in one or more relevant ICT areas, such as software development, system administration, infrastructure, ICT support, or IT systems and devices.
• You have experience in guiding students during BPV or demonstrable didactic and educational experience at MBO level or higher.
• You are preferably qualified and/or experienced as a practical examiner.
• You have knowledge of the main outlines of one or more MBO ICT programs and the associated qualification files, or are willing to delve into them.
• You are willing to make one or more visits to the student's BPV location if necessary.
• You possess good communication and social skills and are able to guide students in a pleasant and motivating way, even remotely.
• You are demonstrably legally independent (for example, through registration with the Chamber of Commerce and/or the use of a VAT number), and work from your expertise for multiple clients.

• The assignment is within a professional educational environment.
• There is appropriate compensation for each assignment.
• The assignments can be perfectly combined with another job and/or other freelance assignments.
• You work largely remotely (with the exception of visits) and determine your own working hours.
• You carry out assignments as an independent professional based on a Framework Agreement (ROK).
• You have freedom in the execution of your assignment, replacement is possible, and your independence and expertise are of great value to the organization.
