Civil Project Leader

• You ensure the preparation, management, and execution of a project.
• You conduct negotiations and manage multidisciplinary teams, consisting of both internal and external hired disciplines, and take the lead to achieve the project result.
• You negotiate with project initiators: developers, housing corporations.
• You monitor the progress, budget, quality, and information provision of the project.
• Communication with residents and stakeholders and knowledge transfer to employees are also important parts of this role.

What they ask

• Minimum 3 years demonstrable work experience in the past 6 years as a civil project leader in area development.
• A demonstrable completed education at minimum HBO bachelor level.
• Candidate agrees to the stated secondment conditions.
• A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) will be requested.
• If the contractor provides personnel, the contractor must be registered in the trade register as a company that provides personnel (in accordance with Waadi).

Preferences.

• Minimum 3 years demonstrable work experience as a civil project leader at a government organization in the past 8 years.
• Minimum 3 years demonstrable work experience as a civil project leader in housing projects in the past 6 years.
• Demonstrable work experience with project management of an assignment of at least 400 homes.
• Minimum 3 years demonstrable work experience at a municipality.
• Demonstrable completed education at minimum HBO bachelor level in the direction of spatial planning/urban planning/building engineering.
