Case Manager Self Insurance
You focus on identifying and utilizing reintegration opportunities for (former) employees of a government organization. You take the lead in reintegration processes during WGA benefits. Good care for personnel is a key pillar. As a case manager, you are the driving, activating force in the reintegration process of diverse employees, from young to old, from operational to managerial.
You manage the process and are the connecting link between these reintegrating individuals, internal stakeholders, and external chain partners. You manage a caseload of approximately 60 files, often complex, and work within a specialized reintegration center that bundles extensive expertise.
What you do
- Case Management and Compliance: Actively manage cases, monitor and guarantee progress, quality, and correct compliance with self-insurance obligations, intervening where necessary.
- Guidance and support: Maintain regular contact with and advise (former) employees on the development of their employability and applicable regulations.
- Plans of action: Develop these for and with (former) employees, including the deployment of professional guidance in reintegration trajectories.
- Advising: As a content expert, proactively and reactively advise line managers, commanders, and (chain) partners on the status and best possible reintegration approach.
- Risk Management: Assess a social security agency's decisions and reintegration plans for accuracy and completeness, advise on dossier improvement, monitor financial obligations, and develop ways to limit them. You play a role in reassessments and appeals.
- Collaboration: Promote and maintain cooperation with crucial (chain) partners such as a government social security institution, reintegration companies, and insurance doctors, actively building this network.

- You are results-oriented and work conscientiously, with an eye for detail and sensitivities in sometimes very complex and sensitive files.
- You are resilient, stress-resistant, a proactive self-starter, and know how to organize your time well and effectively set your priorities.
- You have a well-developed eye for the various interests: those of (former) employees, their emotions, and the employer's self-insurance obligations.
- You are socially and communicatively strong and able to adapt your advice and messages to the diversity of internal and external discussion partners.
What they ask
- A relevant HBO diploma (hard requirement).
- CROV-trained or willing to become so.
- Preferably work experience in a large organization (> 1000 employees).
- Several years of work experience in reintegration or as a track 2 case manager.
- In possession of a B driving license.
