In this assignment, you will be the right hand of the team manager of two departments where clients live with respiratory care and acquired brain injury (NAH).

You will be the right hand of the team manager and play a key role in strengthening daily management and in the development of future-proof healthcare. You move between the work floor and the strategic level, are visible and approachable to employees, and translate strategic choices into concrete plans and actions.
What you do
- Support and brainstorm with the team manager and replace them in their absence
- Ensure stability, clarity, and continuity in the departments (care logistics, daily huddles, responsibility board)
- Help to regain control and calm in the department during staffing pressure
- Coach and support the coordinating nurses
- Analyze bottlenecks and translate them into concrete improvement actions
You focus on creating calm, structure, and continuity within the teams, while also contributing to important organizational issues concerning future-proof healthcare. Profile
- Proven experience as a project leader, program manager, or manager within healthcare
- Strong change management and organizational skills
- Combines strategic insight with a practical, hands-on approach
- A connecting personality who can engage employees in changes
- Experience in VVT (elderly care), long-term care, NAH (acquired brain injury) care, or complex care environments is a strong plus
Practical
After 3 to 6 months, you will have visibly contributed to more stability in the departments, clarity for employees, and a concrete perspective on the future of healthcare provision.
