What you do
- Build and structure the controlling function within the organization
- Implement financial steering tools, indicators
- Produce financial analyses to guide strategic decisions
- Collect and consolidate information from various departments and activities
- Develop a transversal vision of economic and operational performance
- Analyze margins, costs, inventories, and logistical flows
- Participate in improving reporting and implementing dashboards
- Utilize and develop Business Intelligence tools, notably Power BI
- Support the Financial Directorate in identifying levers for performance improvement
- Be a true business partner capable of formulating concrete and results-oriented recommendations
- Collaborate with accounting, financial, and operational teams to improve information quality and circulation
Profile
- You have solid experience in management control and financial analysis
- You are capable of building a controlling function almost from scratch and implementing sustainable tools
- You like to gather information on the ground and understand operational activities
- You are autonomous, pragmatic
- You possess excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- You are comfortable with environments involving inventories, logistics, and complex flows
- You master Power BI and decision-making reporting tools
- Experience in an industrial, logistical, agricultural, or trading environment is an asset
- You are able to interact with various stakeholders and challenge existing practices
- You are available quickly to ensure a transition period
