A production company that develops and produces sustainable plastics is looking for a mechanic for its technical department. You will work during day shifts with an on-call service every 5 to 6 weeks, during which you will be available 24/7 for 7 days. You will be jointly responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of the machinery.
What you will do.
- Perform curative maintenance on all machines and installations
- Provide mechanical on-call service after an extensive training program
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance (mechanical – hydraulic - pneumatic) on production machines and installations
- Actively participate in projects to increase the safety and reliability of the machinery
- Guide changes and upgrades (investments, inspection systems) related to production machines
- Manufacture machine parts on conventional lathe or milling machine
Profile
- Bachelor or A2 in mechanics with relevant work experience in a maintenance environment
- Work accurately and precisely
- Analytical problem-solving ability
- Team player, socially skilled
- Stress-resistant
