What you do
- Manage project scope, planning, milestones, and deliverables based on validated parameters.
- Identify tasks, dependencies, and risks while developing and monitoring mitigation measures.
- Direct business analysts on collaborative topics and project requirements.
- Report progress, bottlenecks, and risks to stakeholders while maintaining a transparent decision log.
- Guide the setup of monitoring tools and ensure project results meet required quality standards.
- Facilitate communication and change management efforts between internal stakeholders and external partners.
What they ask
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing IT-technical projects.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and knowledge management.
- Expertise in budget management, planning, risk assessment, and quality control.
- Experience in stakeholder management and vendor management.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work in a structured, fact-based manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on discretion and integrity.
- Fluent in Dutch or French with active knowledge of English and passive knowledge of the other (French or Dutch).
Nice to Haves.
- Experience in change management.
- Experience in vision and roadmap development.
- Previous experience working within the public sector.
- Willingness to support user training and documentation efforts.
