Income Manager
A regional social service provides a safety net for residents who are temporarily unable to or insufficiently provide for their income. The organization guides them as quickly as possible towards paid employment or another daily activity. Success depends on the results in client outflow, limiting inflow, and the quality of guidance provided to existing clients. Employees make a difference in a challenging environment, working together, supporting each other, and learning from one another.

- Explain the obligations associated with the right to a benefit and address residents about their responsibilities.
- Work closely with colleagues from other departments, such as Work, Activation, Integration, Recovery and Recourse, and Debt Assistance.
- Maintain regular contact with network partners.
- Adjust or terminate benefits in case of income, reaching retirement age, changes in family situation, or garnishment.
- Assess and process applications for Special Assistance, minimum schemes, and outflow bonuses.
- Actively inform residents and be the point of contact for questions, thinking along with residents and seeking suitable solutions for their questions.
- Advise network partners and collaborate in complex situations where income is often the key to success.
- Inquire with network partners about possibilities for other questions from residents.
The activities are an integral part of regular business operations and are performed within the existing organizational structure. The employee is part of the team, participates in internal meetings, and works under the daily supervision of the responsible manager.
