Finance Manager

A Finance Manager is sought for an international group active in a production-oriented sector. The organization has built up years of expertise and combines a professional and innovative work culture with a strong focus on quality and technical excellence. You report directly to the CFO and are their right-hand in the financial operations of the group.

What you will do.

• You oversee the complete general accounting function, including accounting systems, procedures, and policies, ensuring compliance with IFRS and Belgian GAAP. By strictly monitoring compliance and data quality, the organization always has a reliable and solid financial foundation.
• You coordinate the statutory reporting process, including data validation, audit coordination, and timely submission of reports to regulatory bodies. By streamlining processes and utilizing financial software and automation, reporting becomes more efficient and error-free.
• You manage the group consolidation process, including data collection from subsidiaries, elimination of intercompany transactions, and preparation of consolidated financial statements. By ensuring consistency and quality across all entities, internal and external stakeholders always have reliable financial information.
• You analyze the group's financial performance through KPI reports and performance analyses, continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation. By implementing best practices and new technologies, the financial department becomes more efficient and future-oriented.
