You will be flexibly deployed within various labels of a childcare organization. This means you will work with different locations, teams, and pedagogical concepts, ensuring no period is the same. As a Location Manager, you will apply your experience where it is most valuable at that moment. You will temporarily take responsibility for locations, for example, during long-term absenteeism or an open vacancy.
Additionally, you will support and coach junior location managers and temporary professionals, and guide locations that require extra attention. You quickly gain an overview, identify what is needed, and know how to involve employees and management. In doing so, you maintain the balance between pedagogical quality, employees, parents, and sound business operations.
