You will join a nursing home that offers a living environment to 60 residents with stabilized psychiatric issues. Care is organized within two residential units.
What you will do.
- You organize and monitor the daily guidance of residents, both individually and in groups.
- You work closely within an interdisciplinary team.
- As an individual supervisor, you support and guide the resident and involve their context in the personal and social recovery process.
- You are responsible for correct medication distribution and follow-up, including observation of effects and side effects.
- You perform care actions and nursing according to applicable guidelines.
- You work in alternating shifts (early, day, and late).
Profile
- You have a caregiver diploma and a valid visa.
- Some experience or being a recent graduate is welcome; you will be coached by a professional team.
- Experience or an internship in mental healthcare is a plus.
- You align with a recovery-oriented approach and prioritize the autonomy and lived experience of residents and their network.
- You possess a good degree of independence and help shape the guidance.
- With your enthusiasm, openness, and flexibility, you maintain and contribute to a pleasant team dynamic.
- You are engaged, connected, skilled, and dynamic in your work.
