What you do
- You develop a warm, small-scale home for 10 adults with disabilities.
- You are responsible for the organization of the residence.
- You create a place where residents can truly be themselves.
- You provide personal care and offer the right support to your residents.
- You assemble and manage a small team of permanent employees.
- You provide each resident with a suitable daily routine.
- You collaborate with external partners in healthcare if necessary.
- You actively contribute to the integration of residents into the local community.
- You have a lot of responsibility, but also the freedom to plan your agenda as you wish.
- You establish contacts with neighbors, volunteers, and potential partners.
Profile
- You have experience in care, preferably with people with disabilities.
- You are ambitious and eager to seize this challenge.
- You have organizational talent and know how to enthuse people.
- You have a flexible personality and are full of energy.
- You possess strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- At least one partner enters this venture as an independent care entrepreneur.
- The other partner can retain their current job if desired.
