In this role, you will combine data from various HR systems and translate it into reliable reports, dashboards, and concrete management insights for an international organization.
What you do
- Analyze HR data and translate it into reports and trend analyses
- Develop and improve dashboards and reports
- Manage and monitor HR master data
- Define data and reporting standards
- Identify and resolve data quality issues
- Support management with actionable insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders in different countries
What they ask
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Very strong knowledge of Excel, Power BI, DAX, Power Query
- Experience with HR data analysis, reporting, ETL
- Experience with large datasets
- Excellent command of English
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Nice-to-have.
- Knowledge of Python / pandas
- Experience with Power Automate
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud
- Experience within an international environment
