What you will do.
- Conduct consultations with clients whose functioning is limited by physical, psychological, or social circumstances.
- Investigate how health complaints affect daily life and opportunities for work.
- Consider the medical situation, social context, and personal circumstances of the client.
- Work at the intersection of medicine and social security, dealing with issues within, among others, the Ziektewet (ZW) and the Wet Werk en Inkomen naar Arbeidsvermogen (WIA).
- Based on your medical expertise, client discussions, and available information, form a careful and objective judgment about capacity, possibilities, and participation.
- Daily assess complex cases from different perspectives.
Profile
- Valid BIG registration as a physician.
- Affinity with Occupational Health and social security.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to objectively assess complex situations.
- Good communication skills.
