Team Leader

• You daily manage a team of 15-18 employees and ensure efficient operations.
• You organize staff planning and manage the planning tool.
• You are the first point of contact for operational questions and efficiently resolve problems.
• You conduct monthly follow-up meetings with team members and support their further development.
• You guide the onboarding process for new clients and ensure a qualitative and smooth implementation.

What they ask

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent by experience.
• Fluent in Dutch, English, and French.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Adobe or ERP is a big plus.
• People person with coaching skills.
• Work experience as a team leader or in HR is a surplus.
• Hands-on and able to prioritize in a varied task package.
