Care Assistant

You will work in small, self-managing neighborhood teams responsible for the care and guidance of clients in their neighborhood. The focus is on promoting clients' self-reliance. You will be guided by qualified, experienced, and motivated learning coaches and supervisors in a pleasant learning environment.

What you will do.

• The training starts early February 2027 and lasts 1 year.
• You will attend school one day a week, and the rest of your contract hours will be spent learning and working in practice.
• You will have ample time to shape your learning process, get acquainted with different target groups, and collaborate with other disciplines.
• You will develop into a professional and skilled Care and Welfare Assistant.
• You will perform caring, guiding, and household support activities focused on ADL activities.
• You will be responsible for the well-being and care of clients.

• Drive to keep learning and developing yourself.
• Sufficient time and space to take on this challenge.
• A plus: possession of a driving license and access to a car/scooter to reach various locations.
