Teamlead Risk Analysis

• Leadership: guiding employees, individual steering, team building, and monitoring progress.
• Implementation and safeguarding: realizing, safeguarding, and further developing a new risk analysis process and associated working method within Asset Management.
• Prioritization and decision-making: setting priorities, organizing decision-making, and timely escalation (red flags) where necessary.
• Operational support: temporary management of the team focused on progress, planning, and handling ad-hoc high-priority questions.
• Collaboration and stakeholder management: coordinating with involved stakeholders and the MT on proposals and priorities.

Team responsibilities.

• Developing, managing, and improving asset risks and the methodologies to make them transparent.
• Contributing to the Strategic Investment Plan through risk analyses and substantiation of investment choices.
• Maintaining and further developing risk models, dashboards, and calculation rules for assessing risks and performance of grid components.
• Performing cluster valuations and technical risk analyses for various grid levels and assets.
• Implementing and translating a new risk matrix into processes, models, and dashboards; providing current risk information and analyses.

What they ask

• Minimum of a demonstrable completed HBO education, preferably in a technical/administrative direction.
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable work experience as a Teamlead within the sectors of grid management, infrastructure, or contracting.
• Demonstrable and relevant experience with the implementation, safeguarding, and further development of new processes and associated working methods within an organization.
• Knowledge of an energy company and the Asset Management department is a plus.
