A Corporate Recruiter is sought to strengthen the recruitment team of a renowned family business in the FMCG sector. Due to a major scaling up within the production environment, there is a challenge to attract many new colleagues in a short period. You will play a key role and be responsible for the entire recruitment process.
What you do
- Responsible for full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer
- Actively source and approach talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategy and selection
- Build and maintain talent pools
- Ensure an optimal candidate experience
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to achieve ambitious recruitment targets
What they ask
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter or Recruiter
- Experience within FMCG, production, or a comparable environment is a plus
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Independent, proactive
