You provide motivating group classes that are safe, professional, and fun. You take into account different skill levels, create a pleasant atmosphere, and always work with varied exercises. You will join a warm team that prioritizes sports impact.
What you do
- You give an aquafit group class in the swimming pool with a big smile
- You prepare lessons with attention to variety, intensity
- You guide participants in a safe and positive way
- You adapt your style according to the group
- You stay informed about new trends and techniques
- You provide customers with clear information about ongoing promotions, subscriptions
- You collaborate with the team and contribute to a professional image of the organization
What they ask
- You are energetic, social, and know how to motivate people
- You combine your passion for sports with a strong sense of guidance and safety
- You preferably have a bachelor's degree in the sports or recreation sector or equivalent experience
- You possess a recognized instructor certificate from an official aquafit training
- You have experience in giving group classes (or are confident enough to jump right in)
- You are fluent in Dutch and enjoy being in front of a group
Practical
- You are available on Saturday mornings (and possibly on-call for replacements)
- You work on a self-employed basis or via an interim contract
