The Logistics category is an expertise center for logistical services and a national client for European tenders for logistical services. Agreements are made with market parties regarding essential services, such as postal, parcel, courier, transport, and relocation services. This is done for a broad target group of approximately 140 organizations, including various government organizations and independent administrative bodies.

What you do
As a contract advisor, you support contract managers in the execution of contracts. You ensure that logistical contracts are managed effectively and that suppliers perform on time, sustainably, and according to agreement. You take on various contract management activities and collaborate with contract managers, buyers, and legal advisors to optimize contracts and implement improvements.
Your tasks:
- Ensuring correct recording and administration of contracts in the systems
- Timely signaling of deadlines and contract renewals and acting proactively on them
- Supporting invoice controls by checking offers and invoices against contract agreements
- Actively identifying opportunities for improvements in contract management or service delivery, such as efficiency gains, cost savings, or quality enhancements, and taking the lead in initiating and guiding improvement initiatives
- Serving as a point of contact for both suppliers and internal clients for contractual questions
- Substantively preparing important meetings for contract managers
- Summarizing substantive analyses, for example, on customer satisfaction and expenditure realization
