Mobile Consultant
The mobile consultant supports offices within an assigned region during temporary absences, increased workload, or other operational needs. You temporarily take on the agreed consultant tasks, integrate into the existing office operations, and align priorities with the office manager or regional manager.
What you will do.
- Temporarily and flexibly take on the agreed consultant tasks where support is needed.
- Align priorities and focus points at the start and ensure a clear handover of files, agreements, and outstanding actions afterwards.
- Receive, inform, and guide new domestic helpers and clients during their onboarding.
- Contribute to a qualitative and sustainable match and correctly follow up on planning within local agreements.
- Carefully monitor performance, attendance, illness, absences, and changes, and share points of attention in a timely manner.
- Professionally handle client questions and support domestic helpers with respect for their individual situation.
- Correctly process personnel data, performance, documents, and payroll administration according to applicable agreements and procedures.
- Correctly apply internal guidelines, administrative processes, and relevant regulations.
- Collaborate constructively with changing teams, provide feedback, and contribute to stable service delivery.
Place in the organization. The mobile consultant reports to the regional manager. Within each temporary assignment, you will coordinate closely with the office manager and the local team. You support the operations without taking over the structural responsibility of the office manager.
Profile
- You are proficient in Dutch, French, and English.
- You quickly feel at home in a new environment and are energized by variety.

- You are flexible and can easily travel to different offices.
- You work independently within the agreed assignment and coordinate or escalate in a timely manner when necessary.

- You constructively handle changing teams, priorities, and local work agreements.

Knowledge and education.
- Secondary/higher education or equivalent by experience.
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn about the service voucher system, social legislation, internal procedures, and the rights and obligations of clients and domestic helpers.
- Good digital skills and the ability to quickly master new systems.
Experience.
- Experience as a consultant or a similar role is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in a customer-oriented, administrative, or social context.
