You will work as an interim professional covering a maternity leave. You will contribute to the marketing activities of an online drugstore in the Netherlands. You will collaborate with management and sales to set up campaigns with manufacturers.
What you will do.
- Translate manufacturers' wishes into suitable campaigns and concrete marketing plans.
- Smartly schedule campaigns on the internal thematic calendar and proactively suggest additions.
- Coordinate partner campaigns from A to Z, in close collaboration with campaign managers.
- Request input and previews from manufacturers, monitor strict planning, and coordinate internally with the team.
- Weekly check that promotions and banners are live correctly and determine the commercial order of promotional newsletters.
- Review newsletters, monitor the planning and flow of social content (from copy to design).
- Devise the content for the digital folder via external platforms.
- Maintain tactical contact with external partners and manage invoicing and data sharing for your own accounts.
- Provide daily operational guidance to the team, lead the weekly 'Marketing weekstart', conduct check-ins and evaluations.
- Arrange practical matters such as leave and declarations.
- Monitor deadlines and progress of marketing to-dos in a project management tool.
Profile
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in marketing, account management, campaign management, or a similar role.
- Experience with trade marketing or partnerships is a significant advantage.
- Experience in managing, coaching, or guiding a (marketing) team.
- Experience in developing marketing plans and managing strict campaign schedules.
- Affinity with e-commerce, retail, FMCG, health, or beauty.
- Works solution-oriented and structured, remaining calm even during peak periods.
- Completed relevant higher professional education.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language.
