An educational and knowledge institution is on the eve of a significant change: the transition to a new student information system (SIS) Eduarte. For the implementation and future management, we are looking for an experienced functional administrator who will help elevate education and business operations to a higher level. The organization is a vertical educational and knowledge institution for shipping, transport, and the port and process industry.
It is internationally active and provides attractive and practice-oriented vmbo, mbo, hbo, and master's programs. In addition, the organization focuses on providing training and carrying out consultancy projects both domestically and internationally. As a Functional Administrator, you will operate from the Business Operations department.
What you will do. As a functional administrator, you are, together with a colleague functional administrator, responsible for the setup, management, and continuous development of the new SIS. You will work intensively with student administration, IT, and educational teams, forming the link between users, management, and the supplier. Your tasks include:
- Guiding the implementation and setup of the new SIS.
- Implementing and managing authorizations, links, and workflows.
- Handling incidents, change requests, and maintaining contact with the supplier.
- Testing and implementing updates and new functionalities.
- Training and supporting key users and end-users.
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to analyze and improve processes, optimally utilizing Eduarte's functionalities.

- Demonstrable experience with Eduarte.
- Experience with functional administration (and preferably ITIL and/or BiSL knowledge).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate user wishes into system solutions.
- A proactive and analytical work attitude, with an eye for process optimization and data quality.
- Experience within mbo education is a plus.
