- Completed medical degree and BIG-registered as a basic physician.
- Affinity with or interest in social security legislation and insurance medicine.
- Strong communication skills and an empathetic, professional approach to interlocutors.
- Analytical, meticulous, and able to objectively assess complex situations.
- Independent and a good collaborative partner.
