This is a position on payroll or on an independent basis. In this challenging role, you will represent the organization to its existing clientele and seek out new distributors and sales areas. The clients are independent companies that purchase the products and shape their own market. Given the international nature, good speaking, writing, and reading skills in NL, EN, FR are required (German is a plus).
In addition, some technical insight is necessary for a product to convey a correct message and engage in dialogue with professional clients. You will regularly travel abroad by car but also be responsible for certain administrative tasks related to your role.
What you will do.
- Actively search for potential new dealers/distributors
- Train and support dealers/distributors regarding price calculations and placing orders in the dealer portal
- Provide first-line technical support to new clients
- Maintain, follow up, and motivate existing clients and organize periodic (twice a year) visits
- Mediate in conflicts
- Be responsible for monitoring the organization's external communication
- Provide product information in the showroom
Profile
- Experience in B2B sales/export
- Commercially and technically oriented with language skills (Dutch, English) (French and German are a strong asset)
- Thorough knowledge of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
- Works independently but can report back to the organization correctly
