Solutions Engineer

• Build production-quality applications, automation, and AI-enabled tools that help engineering teams work more efficiently.
• Contribute to the evolution of a Manufacturing Execution System and its wider software ecosystem.
• Develop tools that simplify process definition, execution, reporting, and engineering collaboration.
• Build applications and services on top of an enterprise R&D data platform.
• Work with data, APIs, and cloud technologies to turn complex engineering workflows into scalable software solutions.
• Explore and implement AI-driven solutions, including AI agents, copilots, RAG, and automation workflows.
• Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to understand real-world problems and deliver practical software solutions with measurable impact.

What they ask

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• 4–8 years of experience in software engineering or a similar role.
• Strong software development skills and experience building production-quality applications.
• Strong Python or equivalent programming experience.
• Knowledge of modern software engineering practices and development methodologies.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, RAG, and AI-enabled applications.
• Experience with machine learning, advanced analytics, or data-driven engineering solutions.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, databases, and data engineering concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and modern application architectures.
• Experience developing automation and workflow-based applications.
• Ability to work with engineering and manufacturing teams to understand complex processes.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
