As an Ecosystem Manager for Stakeholder Management and IT Innovation Communication, you connect people, organizations, and innovative ideas. You build strong collaborations, increase the visibility of IT innovations, and advise on communication and positioning within a dynamic innovation environment.
You will work closely with colleagues within an IT innovation center, including knowledge managers, project leaders, and liaisons, and coordinate with communication professionals within the IT department and other parts of the organization.
What you will do.
- Develop, manage, and guide stakeholder management within and outside the organization, both nationally and internationally.
- Analyze the stakeholder field and systematically identify opportunities for new collaborations.
- Initiate and facilitate a communication and event annual plan for the IT innovation center and promote successes.
- Advise management on communication, positioning, branding, and information sharing.
- Develop and coordinate all communication activities and expressions, such as newsletters and events.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, symposia, and events focused on knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Lead or support projects where innovation, communication, and collaboration are central.
What they are looking for.
- Completed university degree and university-level thinking and working, preferably in communication, organizational studies, hospitality, or a similar field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with stakeholder management, network development, and communication methodologies.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary projects or teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and conceptually and to connect innovation, communication, and organizational goals.
- Driving license B.
- Preferably, experience with advising within administrative and operational IT environments.
- Preferably, experience with improving or reorganizing organizations, processes, or information provision.
