As a basic doctor, you will have the opportunity to apply your medical knowledge outside the hospital or general practitioner's practice, focusing on prevention, health, and sustainable employability. You will work within a multidisciplinary team of occupational physicians, basic doctors, case managers, and practice support staff.
You will guide employees who are absent due to illness or health complaints and help them achieve a sustainable return to work. You will analyze the situation broadly, including lifestyle, working conditions, mental load, and other risk factors, to provide practical and medically substantiated advice to both employees and employers.

- Completed Master's degree in Medicine.
- Valid BIG registration.
- Curiosity about occupational medicine and social medicine.
- Interest in the influence of health on work and vice versa.
- Strong communication skills.
- Engaged, analytical, and solution-oriented.
- In possession of a driving license and willing to travel to various locations.
