Project Leader

You will work on a secondment basis at a government organization on a program focused on reinforcement and damage settlement, stemming from the consequences of ground movement. This program is divided into program lines and projects, each with its own dynamic.

What you will do.

• Responsible for the integral implementation of a multi-year program, together with the project director and fellow project leaders.
• Initiate and organize sub-projects and guide project groups in consultation with municipal colleagues and a national coordinator.
• First point of contact for project development and account for planning, budget, risks, information, and quality.
• Take into account policy, spatial, financial, legal, fiscal, and administrative aspects, and prepare reports and advice on these.
• Responsible for sound (European) tendering, awarding, and execution, with an eye for legislation and regulations and the public nature of housing and public space.
• Work in a project or area team in close collaboration with policy officers in the line departments.
• Play an important role in contacts with residents.

What they ask

• A demonstrably relevant, completed HBO education (higher professional education).
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable relevant work experience as a project leader, preferably within a government organization.
