• Independently handle various cases, looking beyond just the medical complaint.
• Advise employees and employers on workload capacity, absenteeism, prevention, and sustainable employability.
• Develop yourself from a medical supervisor to an advisor and partner for organizations.
• Identify issues within an organization and actively contribute to preventing health problems and long-term absence.
• Collaborate intensively with occupational health practice supporters (POB) and absenteeism case managers.
• Utilize each other's expertise within a multidisciplinary collaboration.
• As an AIOS, you will receive space and guidance for further development towards becoming a registered occupational physician.

What they ask

• Completed Medical degree and a valid BIG registration.
• Experience as a physician in occupational medicine and/or currently in training to become an occupational physician.
• Good communication and social skills.
