Functional Administrator

You ensure that colleagues can rely daily on a well-functioning digital work environment. You connect people, processes, and applications to make digital collaboration smarter, simpler, and more secure. This directly impacts an organization dedicated to water management and safe infrastructure. You not only manage systems but also improve how colleagues work with them.

What you will do.

• Answering questions about managed systems from employees throughout the organization, such as document storage via SharePoint and the use of template tools or digital signatures.
• Converting complaints and wishes into workable solutions.
• Managing, developing, and improving current and future systems, with active contribution to the further development of Microsoft 365, with an emphasis on SharePoint, Power Automate, and Purview.
• Acting as a link between suppliers and colleagues to align technology with practice.
• Guiding continuous digitalization of the organization, making processes smarter and simpler with dashboards, links, and improved information provision.
• Developing improvement proposals and supervising their implementation.
• Resolving malfunctions and problems, analyzing and providing feedback to suppliers and colleagues.
• Helping colleagues use new applications and updates through explanations, instructions, and training.
• Following relevant developments within Microsoft 365, information management, and laws and regulations, and translating these into improvements for the organization.
