As a business controller, you will be a discussion partner and sparring partner in the field of finance and control. You will work specifically for the management of two departments within a judicial institution.
What you will do.
- Advise on the establishment, monitoring, and achievement of departmental objectives.
- Play a leading role in the planning & control cycle and ensure effective use of P&C instruments (budget, annual accountability, and management reports).
- Advise management on policy, work processes, risk management, guidelines, and assessment frameworks.
- Contribute to the development of (financial) tools for more efficient business operations, such as personnel planning tools.
