HR Assistant

Within a large hospital group in Wallonia, comprising nearly 7,000 employees across multiple sites, you will contribute to the optimal and legally compliant management of staff working hours and remuneration. You will collaborate within two units: Time Management and Remuneration Management.
What you do
Activities and responsibilities in time management:
- Provide support to schedule planners and staff
- Enter new employees and update identification data in the time management software
- Verify the accuracy of clock-in data and corrections before importing into the payroll software
- Import services into the payroll software
- Configure and update the time management software (creation of new time codes, etc.)
- Enter absence certificates (illness, short-term unemployment, etc.) into the STP software
- Provide training to new planners on software usage
- Organize User's Clubs
- Manage staff identification badges and access
- Monitor overtime and absenteeism (statistics for management and supervisors)
- Produce various dashboards and statistics upon request
- Annually prepare the social balance sheet, hospital statistics, and remuneration statements for the legal insurer
- Follow up on MACCS
- Retrieve, check, and update leave records from former employers
Activities and responsibilities in remuneration management:
- Enter employee identification data, changes in working hours, travel expenses, on-call duties, etc.
- Answer staff questions
- Perform salary simulations
- Ensure consistency between invoices and financial participation in hospitalization insurance
- Manage the recovery of holiday certificates from former employers and calculate due paid leave, legal leave, youth leave, and European leave
- Calculate double holiday pay and year-end bonuses
- Draft various certificates (income, occupation, leave, etc.)
- Produce dashboards and statistics
- Manage social documents (via DRS): C131B, mutual insurance, impulse, etc.
- Manage subsidy files (Maribel, CEP, AWIPH, etc.)
- Manage TPP/QPP
- Perform a task control mission for tasks carried out by other team members

Profile
- Quick availability
- Holder of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (social or HR advisor)
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of social legislation
- Knowledge of Arno and STP software is an asset
