Office & People Coordinator
You are a key player in the daily operations of a humanitarian organization. You ensure that the administrative and organizational foundation is solid and that teams can work smoothly. You start with a versatile role where HR & Office Support accounts for approximately 50% of your time, supplemented by support for Finance and Fundraising. There is ample room to take initiative and contribute to the organization's further growth, with the possibility of progressing to an Office Manager role.

What you do
- Support various administrative and organizational tasks, such as streamlining processes and preparing documents and presentations.
- Keep the office running: manage the central mailbox, process mail, schedule team meetings, and manage the team agenda.
- Support colleagues with travel bookings and other practical matters, and assist in distributing internal communication.
- Organize connecting moments such as team days, sports events, and celebrations.
- Support the Fundraising & Partnerships team: keep the CRM database up-to-date, monitor deadlines for grant cycles and reports, and gather information for donor and partner reports.
- Ensure a smooth start for new colleagues: support HR with contracts, practical onboarding, and creating accounts in systems like Google Workspace, Rydoo, Exact, NMBRS, and VerzekeringInzicht.
- Support financial processes under the guidance of the Finance team: manage general ledger accounts, cost centers, and cost units, and assist with supplier onboarding.
- Effortlessly switch between various tasks and quickly set the right priorities in a dynamic environment.
