You support residents with a mild intellectual disability and additional support needs, such as autism or psychological issues, to live independently and grow. The guidance varies per person, ranging from limited support to more intensive guidance with daily tasks and light ADL tasks.
What you will do.
- Coordinate the care process
- Develop support plans and guidance goals
- Monitor the quality of care and respond promptly to changes
- Create a safe and stable environment
- Assist with household tasks, social contacts, making choices, and achieving personal goals
- Work according to the principles of Active Support
Profile
- Caring, goal-oriented, and values clarity without being strict

- Coaching and supportive role within a team
What they ask
- An MBO-4 diploma or HBO education in Care & Welfare
- Experience with or affinity for guiding people with a mild intellectual disability
- Good communication and administrative skills
- Proficiency with digital systems such as Outlook and the ECD
- Ability to maintain an overview, set priorities, and take responsibility
- Willingness to work irregular shifts
