For an international player in the logistics and supply chain sector, a flexible Facilities Coordinator is sought who is proactive and energized by a varied role where no two days are the same. What you will do. As a Facilities Coordinator, you are responsible for the smooth running of all facility processes within the organization. You will be visibly present on the work floor, maintain an overview of maintenance work, guide external parties, and ensure that everything is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to agreements. Approximately 75% of your activities consist of operational and executive tasks, while 25% focuses on administration, planning, and coordination.
- Coordinate daily maintenance and repair work
- Guide and manage external contractors, suppliers, and service providers
- Monitor the quality of cleaning, catering, and maintenance services
- Prepare assignments and check contractual agreements
- Monitor planning, progress, and quality of work
- Perform checks on compliance with safety and quality regulations
- Coordinate internal relocations, workstation setups, and redesign projects
- Manage facility stocks and consumables
- Place orders and issue assignments via the ERP system
- Identify and resolve facility malfunctions and bottlenecks
- Maintain reports, registrations
- Actively contribute to process improvements within facility services
Profile
You are someone who likes to roll up their sleeves, maintain an overview, and take responsibility. You enjoy organizing things, are practical, and easily switch between different tasks and interlocutors.
- MBO (intermediate vocational education) work and thinking level in a facility or technical direction
- Good command of the Dutch language and sufficient command of the English language
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
- A flexible attitude and not a 9-to-5 mentality
- Experience in a facility, technical, or service-oriented role
- Affinity with building management, maintenance, and facility services
- Good organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Strong communication skills
- A proactive and solution-oriented attitude
- A hands-on mentality and technical insight
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
