What you do
- Analyze recruitment needs and establish attractive job profiles.
- Identify potential candidates via social networks, targeted searches on specialized platforms, and the internal database.
- Support candidates throughout the selection process, up to contract signing.
- Act as a true recruitment partner for various stakeholders.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, university/college events, and other IT events.
- Fully leverage social networks to continuously develop your network and that of the organization.
- Contribute, depending on your interests and acquired expertise, to general HR projects.
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Strong affinity with IT.
- Relevant experience in recruitment, ideally for IT profiles.
- Good oral knowledge of Dutch.
