- The flexible pool has a team of approximately 70 colleagues who work at various locations.
- As an employee of the flexible pool, you support locations when there are scheduling problems, due to illness, holidays, or staff shortages.
- This gives you the opportunity to discover which target group suits you best.
- You have control over your own schedule.
What you do
- You easily make contact with clients and guide them in daily life.
- You offer support where necessary.
- Tasks are varied, depending on the client's care needs.
- You help with grocery shopping.
- You provide support with care in the form of Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
- You ensure that clients feel safe and are challenged to take that extra step.
