Credit Business Expert

In this challenging role, you translate business needs into clear requirements and develop business cases to improve processes and systems. You are responsible for User Acceptance Testing and ensure optimal implementation of changes. With your experience in the credit sector and strong analytical skills, you discover opportunities for improvement and collaborate with various stakeholders. What you will do.

• Translate business needs into clear requirements for the organization.
• Develop and substantiate business cases for improving processes and systems.
• Prepare and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including follow-up.
• Identify inefficiencies, operational risks, and manual steps within processes.
• Analyze existing processes and design optimized versions for the future.
• Establish priorities within improvement and change initiatives.
• Coordinate and follow up on implementations in collaboration with various involved parties.
• Assess the impact of changes on risks, customer experience, and operational performance.
