This assignment is with a social enterprise with a clear mission: helping people grow in independence by improving their language skills. As an HR Advisor, you directly contribute to this. What you do
- Point of contact for all HR-related matters
- Daily interaction with managers and employees
- Guiding managers through absenteeism processes
- Initiating onboarding processes
- Optimizing HR processes
- Advising managers and employees on HR issues, HR policy, employment conditions, and development opportunities
- Guiding absenteeism processes and maintaining absenteeism administration (in accordance with WvP)
- Initiating and realizing HR projects aimed at further professionalizing the organization
- Developing, updating, and implementing HR policy
- Contributing to the further development of AFAS HR & Payroll
What they ask
- Extensive experience as an HR professional within multiple organizations
- Demonstrable experience in advising management and employees
- Experience in developing HR policy
- Experience in initiating and realizing HR projects in the areas of organizational development, culture, absenteeism, process improvement
- Innovative view on the HR profession and utilizing the possibilities of AI and digitalization
- Minimum 5 years of work experience within HR, preferably gained within multiple organizations and different growth phases
- HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level
- Broad knowledge of labor law, absenteeism, complex HR casuistry, and independently advising management
- Experience in developing, updating, and implementing HR policy
- Experience in initiating and realizing HR projects (e.g., Performance Management, HR system implementation like AFAS, or job frameworks)
- Experience in coaching managers
- Good communication skills
