An organization offers education and care in a continuous line for children aged 0 to 13. This is organized in integrated child centers (IKCs) based on a single vision, mission, and organization. The organization has multiple IKCs, five schools for Christian primary education with toddler care and out-of-school care, a location for small-scale childcare, and a sports outdoor BSO. All IKCs have a unique profile and offering. The organization recruits unique people and develops its employees in a unique way.
The child center is looking for an enthusiastic pedagogical professional. Working at this child center means working in a place where children feel safe, seen, and free to grow. The child center consists of 5 groups, beautifully located on the edge of a park. We do not have groups, but rooms. A conscious choice, because we believe in a homely environment where every child feels welcome and secure. Our goal? To offer every child a warm nest, so that they can confidently and happily fly out to primary school.
Being outside is naturally part of this. Rain or shine, we go out! Playing, discovering, moving, and wondering in nature are indispensable for the development of young children.
What you do
- Guide children aged 0 to 4 in their development.
