For your clients, you are much more than a healthcare provider. You are a familiar face, a listening ear, and someone who always looks at what is possible. With your personal attention, you help people live as independently and comfortably as possible at home. Good care is not just about what you do – it's about who you are.
What you do
- Helping clients to continue living as independently and comfortably as possible at home
- Performing nursing technical procedures, such as giving injections, caring for catheters, administering medication, and wound care
- Providing personal attention, a listening ear, and a good conversation
- Signaling changes in someone's health and, where necessary, liaising with general practitioners, physiotherapists, specialists, and (community) nurses
- Working in community teams with a team manager for operational management and a coordinating community nurse for quality control
- Less unnecessary administration and smart digital support
Profile
- Diploma Caregiver IG (MBO level 3)
- A driving license and car are useful, but not a strict requirement
Practical
- Opportunities for growth, for example, progressing to a nurse or specializing in palliative care, oncology, or fall prevention through an internal academy
- You will join a committed and close-knit team with an eye for each other and for clients
- Regular consultation moments and networking meetings
