What you do
As a Project Leader, you are responsible for the successful execution of various projects: from complex lifting work to large-scale combined projects. You combine technology, customer contact, and project coordination, ensuring that projects are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to agreements.
- Advising clients on lifting and project solutions.
- Translating client requests into safe, practical, and efficient execution plans.
- Preparing quotations in collaboration with the sales team.
- Maintaining and expanding client relationships.
- Organizing and coordinating personnel, equipment, and resources.
- Coordinating with planners, foremen, and executors.
- Monitoring planning, quality, safety, and progress.
- Being present at project start-ups and safety meetings.
- Performing workplace observations and actively contributing to a safe working environment.
You are the connecting link between the client, commerce, planning, and execution.
Profile
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Project Leader who effortlessly combines technology and organization.

- A completed HBO degree (higher professional education), for example in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or similar.
- Several years of experience in a similar technical role.
- Good command of Dutch and knowledge of German and English.
