To support the growth of its activities and upcoming training projects, a language institute is looking for freelance Dutch trainers. The focus is on delivering face-to-face language training in their office.
What you will do.
- Deliver Dutch language training to business professionals using a specific method, focused on spoken communication.
- Deliver engaging one-to-one and small-group training sessions.
- Adapt lessons to learners' professional objectives and language needs.
- Apply the specific teaching method. A comprehensive initial training program is provided.
- Assess learners' language level at the beginning and end of each training program.
- Integrate relevant cultural aspects of the Dutch-speaking world into your training.
Profile
- You are a native Dutch speaker or have CEFR C2-level proficiency, with an excellent command of grammar, spelling, and written communication.
- You enjoy helping adult professionals develop their communication skills.
- You easily adapt your teaching approach to different learner profiles and objectives.
- You are comfortable using digital tools and completing pedagogical follow-up documentation.
- You are registered as a freelancer or assimilated.
- You are available to deliver face-to-face training.
- Regular weekday availability is an advantage.
- Previous experience teaching business professionals is appreciated.
- You are enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated to join a community of trainers committed to delivering high-quality language training.
- A good command of French or English is a plus (B2).
